Group Chief Operating Officer
Ali Moosa Malallah is the Group Chief Operating Officer. He has over 25 years of experience
in a multitude of industries including Facilities Management, Manufacturing of Public
Transport Products, Petroleum and Semiconductors, as well as a plethora of experience
across the globe, including Europe, USA, Japan and the Middle East. He was a guest
speaker at the Oman Facilities & Environment Exhibition and Conference 2018 as well as at
the NTI TechPro Conference 2019. He continues to actively participate in driving Al Osool
Group’s overall growth and provides strategic and operational guidance.
Mohammed Imran Sawkoor is the Financial Controller. He has over 30 years of experience
in accounting and finance and specialises in the Real Estate industry, forex trading,
investment, project development and facilities management. List some Achievements
Head of Legal and Collections
Sadiq Hassan Al-Lawati is the Head of Legal and Collections. He has more than 30 years of
experience as an HR & Administration Manager and Legal Advisor which has enabled him to
develop a versatile skill set in legal, HR & administrative support.
Office manager,12 years’ experience in management and operations with a high experience in real estate marketing. She is punctual and a good team member or leader. She has enough skills in dealing and gaining trust of people as well.
Head of Brokerage
Salwa Al Shuhaibi is The Head of Brokerage of Al Osool Group. She has over 14 years of
experience in the Real Estate sector. She won the “Women in Real Estate Professional”
award at the Maiden Oman Real Estate Awards, which recognises and honours all aspects
of Real-Estate Investment and Development. She is considered an expert in her field with
exceptional knowledge in the concepts, practices, and procedures of the Oman leasing
market. In 2019 She became a Member of Real Estate Development and Construction in
Oman (Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
Landscaping Assistant Manager
Mohan Babu is the Assistant landscaping Manager. He has over 17 years of experience in
Agriculture and has worked in various agriculture trades such as landscaping, design, crop
production & protection, plantation, floriculture, pest control, micro-irrigation systems,
consultancy, plant soil, modern crop production and green wall plantation. He has been with
us at Al Osool since 2012 and handles all aspects of the landscaping division.
Facilities Management Operation Manager
Sivakumar is the Facilities Management Operations Manager. He has 18 years of
experience, particularly in the Facilities Management Industry, and has worked with notable
corporates such as L&T, Cushman & Wakefield and Dubai Healthcare. He is an electrical
and electronics engineer with extensive knowledge about hard and soft services. He also
runs the day to day operations of this department through the use of our knowledgeable,
technical staff who understand the importance of delivering high-quality service regardless of
how big or small the project is. He is also the internal auditor for the facility management
operations of systems and process as well as the management representative for the ISO
